Aquest enllaç inclou les recomanacions en referència als diferents aliments que s’efectuen des de la Comissió Europea i que també podeu consultar per països.
Des de Catalunya
La Guia Petits Canvis per Menjar Millor publicada per l’Agència Catalana de Salut Pública el 2024, ens explica com seguir una alimentació saludable. La Bibliografia de la Guia és molt extensa i aporta articles científics i evidències que avalen els motius que porten les recomanacions de salut a augmentar la ingesta de fruites i hortalisses, llegums i fruits secs i a portar una vida més activa i social. Ens explica per què cal afavorir el consum d’oli d’oliva verge, beure més aigua, consumir més aliments integrals i acostar-nos als aliments de temporada i de proximitat. Finalment, també hi trobareu els motius que porten a recomanar disminuir el consum de sal, sucres, carn vermella i processada i els aliments ultraprocessats.
